 and parmesan risotto

 Hand tied sausages with colcannon mash and cider and sage gravy

 Pork spare ribs with Texas barbeque sauce

 Beetroot and lentil burger topped with charred corn and tomato relish with Jarlsberg cheese 

 Buttered hot new potatoes with fresh mint and chives

 Mixed leaf salad with mongetout and cucumber with French dressing

 Cous cous with grated carrot, sultanas, roasted vegetables and pomegranate seeds

 Sliced beef tomato with mozzarella and fresh basil
